Proto-Alphonse

 

Le dessin d'Alphonse et la bande dessinée ci-haut l'accompagnant représente la toute première version que je développai en créant "Alphonse et le harfang magique" et au départ fut grandement inspiré par les séries européenne "Gaston Lagaffe" et "Philémon", dont je lisais le premier album en feuilletons dans "La petite Presse" (cahier de bande dessinée de La Presse du samedi dans les années 80). 

The character with the accompanying comic represents the very first development in the creation of my graphic novel "Alphonse et le harfang magique" and was at first greatly inspired by two European series, "Gaston Lagaffe" and "Philémon", which I read the first graphic novel in chapters in the weekend comic insert of the newspaper my parents were subscribing to in the 80s.

Je transformai le personnage et le thème de l'histoire par la suite et le dessin ci-haut représente l'aspect vers lequel je me dirigeais pour cet album de bande dessinée.

I later modified the character and theme for the story and the above illustration represents the direction I was taking in the development of that upcoming graphic novel.

Les deux illustrations ci-haut sont l'aboutissement de la création de mon album "Alphonse et le harfang magique".
